促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂在体外受精—胚胎移植中的应用
辅助生殖技术(ART)中应用长方案治疗不孕症已得到临床工作者的一致认可,然而近年来促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂(Gn RHA)方案因治疗期短、安全、无"突发释放"作用并保留垂体反应性等优点,临床应用越来越广泛。对卵巢高反应患者,Gn RHA方案可明显降低卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)的发生风险,且对卵巢反应正常患者无显著不良影响。Gn RHA对卵巢低反应患者的治疗仍处于探索研究阶段,临床治疗方案各有不同,已成为辅助生殖领域的研究热点。现对Gn RHA对不同人群的不同治疗方案及其他Gn RHA的衍生应用方案进行综述。...
