高效液相色谱法测定胃舒颗粒中柚皮苷的含量

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定胃舒颗粒中柚皮苷含量的方法。方法：采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液（V∶V=18∶82）,检测仪器为紫外检测器,检测波长为283 nm;进样量为10μl。结果：柚皮苷质量浓度在0.123 9-1.239 4μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为99.97%,RSD为0.66%。结论：本法测定柚皮苷简便、准确、重现性好,可用于胃舒颗粒中柚皮苷的含量测定。...

To establish the HPLC method for content determination of naringin in Weishukeli.METHODS：ODS-3 C18 column （4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm） was used and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution （ V∶V =18∶82 ） with UV detector, the detection wavelength was 283 nm and the sample size was 10 μl. RESULTS：The Linear range of the naringin in concentration was 0.123 9-1.239 4 μg （ r =0.999 9 ） .The average recovery rate was 99.97%, RSD was 0.66%.CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple, accurate, and reproducible.It can be used to determine the content of naringin in Weishukeli.
