注射用质子泵抑制剂临床应用分析

目的:为进一步提高医务人员合理用药水平,调查注射用质子泵抑制剂在漯河医学高等专科学校第二附属医院(以下简称"我院")住院患者中的使用情况。方法:抽查2014年第一季度药品销量"双十"排名中"奥美拉唑"和"泮托拉唑"使用量前10位的医生的病历200份,根据文献资料对注射用质子泵抑制剂的适应证、用法及用量等进行合理性分析。结果:200份病历中注射用质子泵抑制剂使用不合理46份,合理用药154份,不合理用药率为23.0%(46/200)。此外,外科不合理使用现象较内科严重,且多数不合理用药现象表现为无明确治疗用药指征,部分病例用药疗程偏长。结论:住院患者注射用质子泵抑制剂的使用存在不合理应用现象,医...

Bibliography:OBJECTIVE:To investigate the use of proton pump inhibitors for injection in patients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College (our hospital) in order to enhance medical staff's level in rational use of drug.METHODS:200 medical records written by the physicians who were ranked among the top 10 in terms of precription amount of Omeprazole and Pantoprazole during the “Double Ten Drug Consumption” rank in the first quarter of 2014 were analyzed with regard to indications, the usage and dosage of proton pump inhibitors in accordance with the pertinent literature.RESULTS: Of the total 200 medical records, irrational clinical use of proton pump inhibitors for injection was noted in 46 (23%) versus rational use of drug in 154 cases.Moreover, the irrational use of proton pump inhibitors for injection in surgical department was more serious than in internal medicine department, and the irrational use in most cases manifested as drug use without identified indications or prolonged use in some cases.
