临床药师对吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液致四肢震颤患者的药学监护

目的：探讨临床药师在吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液致四肢震颤治疗中的作用,为合理用药提供参考。方法：回顾性分析临床药师对1例使用吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液致四肢震颤患者的药学监护过程。结果：临床药师通过分析患者病情,考虑四肢震颤为应用吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液所致,协助临床医师调整用药方案,给予用药指导和建议,患者病情得到控制,住院17 d后康复出院。结论：临床药师应深入临床,积极发挥专业优势,协助临床医师制订和完善治疗方案,给予合理、有效的用药建议,加强患者用药教育,以增强患者用药依从性,降低不良反应发生概率,促进合理用药。...
