品管圈在降低门诊西药房内部调剂差错中的应用

METHODS: To follow the steps of QCC, the subject was selected, the causes of problems that needed to be improved were analyzed. Relevant measures were formulated and implemented, at last, the results were affirmed. RESULTS: The average weekly internal errors were dropped from 81.7 cases before activity to 25 cases after activity, decreased by 69.4% ; and the targetcompliance rate was 131.6%.
