873例住院患者经饲管给药的合理性分析
目的:了解中山大学附属第一医院(以下简称"我院")住院患者经饲管给药的药物使用情况并探讨其合理性,为临床合理经饲管给药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对我院2014年1月1日—12月31日873例成人住院患者经管饲给药情况及其合理性进行评价分析。结果:纳入的873例住院患者经饲管给药共101 693例次,涉及249种药物。其中药物品种选择不适宜共涉及34种药物,合计使用6 667例次,不合理用药率为6.56%。不合理用药的主要问题包括将舌下含片及缓、控释制剂研碎后经饲管给药;将肠溶制剂研碎后通过胃管给药;软胶囊定量不准确;高渗溶液不经稀释直接经饲管给药;磨碎致癌、致畸、细胞毒性药物等。另外...
