2013—2015年医院制剂生产与使用情况分析

目的：了解北京医院（以下简称＂我院＂）制剂室改建以后的生产和产品应用情况。方法：通过制剂信息管理系统和医院信息系统,对我院2013年10月—2015年7月医院制剂的产量、产值、停产品种及停产原因进行分析。结果：2013年10月—2015年7月我院产量及用量最多的制剂依次为维生素E乳、复方甘油止痒乳、祛痰合剂和鞣酸软膏;甘油护肤水、复方硫洗剂和头皮搽剂在最近2年停止生产和使用,己烯雌酚栓和二氧化钛乳膏因为原料原因停产。结论：我院制剂应加强新品种和新剂型的开发,合理改变现有制剂的包装规格,以更好地服务临床、提升社会效益和经济效益。...

Bibliography:OBJECTIVE：To investigate the output and clinical application of hospital preparation in Beijing Hospital（hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） after re-building the drug manufacturing room.METHODS：The output,profit,varieties of stop production and reasons of production from Oct.2013 to Jul.2015 were analyzed through LIMS and HIS system.RESULTS：Vitamin E cream,compound glycerol emulsion,tannic acid ointment and qutan oral solution lead the top four output and clinical applications from Oct.2013 to Jul.2015;glycerol liniment,compound sulfur lotion and scalp liniment had been stopped production for two years.Meanwhile,diethylstilbestrol suppositories and titan dioxide cream were ceased for shortage of raw material.CONCLUSIONS：It is necessary to identify the preparation,strengthen the research on new pharmaceutical preparation and optimize the package,so as to provide better service for the clinic and promote social and economic benefit.
