小儿气管炎颗粒指纹图谱的建立及其主要成分的含量测定
目的:建立小儿气管炎颗粒的指纹图谱及其主要成分(苦杏仁苷、紫菀等)的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长为207 nm;柱温为30℃;进样量为10μl;流速为1 ml/min。采用国家药典委员会《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004 A版)》自动处理。结果:高效液相色谱图中有20个共有峰,11批小儿气管炎颗粒样品的相似度均〉0.9。3批小儿气管炎颗粒样品中苦杏仁苷和紫菀酮含量分别为(18.74±0.03)和(17.58±0.04)μg/g。结...
