住院患者注射用质子泵抑制剂不合理应用分析

目的：分析沛县中医院（以下简称“我院”）住院患者不合理应用注射用质子泵抑制剂（proton pump inhibitors，PPI）的情况。方法：采用回顾性研究方法，通过查阅电子病历、医嘱、检验结果等，采集随机选取的480例注射用PPI患者的相关信息进行研究。结果：480例病例中，注射用PPI使用不合理246例，合格率为48．75％；外科不合理应用情况明显高于内科，分别为56．91％和43．09％；注射用PPI使用不合理最主要的原因为用药指征不明确，其次为使用疗程偏长、药物超剂量使用以及药物之间存在相互作用。结论：我院住院患者注射用PPI临床合理用药情况有待提升，应该综合考虑各科室药物使用的多...

Bibliography:OBJECTIVE ：To analyze the irrational application of proton pump inhibitors （PPIs） for injection in inpatients in Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jiangsu Pei County （hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）. METHODS： Retrospective investigation was adopted, the related information of 480 randomly collected patients with PPIs was researched through consulting the electronic medical records, doctor＇s advice, inspection, etc. RESULTS ： Of the 480 cases, 246 cases with application of PPI were irrational, the qualified rate was 48. 75% ; and the irrational application phenomenon in surgical department were more serious than in internal medicine, respectively 56. 91% and 43. 09%. The irrational application of PPI mainly caused by unapparent medication indications, followed by long course of treatment, over dosage of medication and drug interactions.
