基于新型立体结构的色谱固定相的高效液相色谱法检测分离7种有机酸
目的制备新型立体结构色谱固定相并开发新的高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)分离7种有机酸的方法。方法采用新型立体结构固定相对7种有机酸进行分离,以5%甲醇.95%10mmol/L甲酸铵(pH=3.0)水溶液作为流动相进行等度洗脱;流速为1.0mL/min;柱温:40℃;紫外检测波长:220nm;进样体积:10uL,采用HPLC进行检测。结果制备了新型立体结构固定相,具有与常规c18固定相相似的疏水作用,8min内完全分离7种有机酸,且分离效果较好。结论本方法具有保留增强、快速及分离效果好等优势,可用于多种有机酸的分离测定。...

Methods Totally 7 organic acids were separated by new solid structure stationary phase with the 5% methanol-95% 10 mmol/L ammonium formate (pH=3.0) solution as a mobile phase for isocratic elution. Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, column temperature was 40 ℃, detection wavelength was 220 nm and injection volume was 10μL. Then the samples were detected by HPLC. Results A new solid structure stationary phase was prepared, which had hydrophobic effect similar to that of C18 stationary phase by new solid structure stationary phase.
