食品安全标准在食品安全管理实践中的应用
食品安全标准是食品安全执法的重要依据,在执法实践中得到广泛应用,但在实际工作中,标准应用依然存在一些问题.本文在介绍我国食品安全标准体系的基础上,探讨了我国食品安全标准的法律地位,分析了食品安全标准在食品安全行政执法、刑事司法、检验检测等管理事务中的实际应用,剖析了标准实际应用中存在的标准间指标不协调、标准宣贯不到位、标准使用不准确等问题,并从完善标准体系、加强标准宣贯、强化制定与应用衔接等方面提出了加强标准应用的对策与建议....

| Bibliography: | Food safety standards are an important basis for food safety enforcement,and they have been widely used in the practice of law enforcement.But some problems still exist in practical work.Based on the introduction of food safety standard system,this paper discussed the legal status of food safety standards,and analyzed the food safety standards used in the food safety management affairs,such as law enforcement,criminal justice,and inspection and testing.It also analyzed the incoordination relationship between standard practice problems and standard index,announced the inappropriate proclamation of standard publicizing and inaccurate standard.At last,it suggested to strengthen the standard application recommendations from the improvement of the standard system,strengthening the standard publicizing and strengthening the formulation and application of cohesion. food safety standards;application;food safety management practice ZHANG Zhou-Jian1, LU Dan1, CHEN Yu-Qian2, ZHANG Wei-Bing3. （1.
