目的建立过氧化物酶-分光光度法测定小麦粉中过氧化钙含量的方法。方法稀硫酸与样品混合反应,然后用碱液中和,离心分离后得到的上清液,与过氧化物酶溶液、4-氨基安替比林与苯酚的混合磷酸缓冲液水浴显色,于505 nm处测定吸光度。结果本方法回收率96.6%-99.0%,方法检出限和定量限分别为7.4和22.0 mg/kg,线性范围0.4-10μg/m L,r-2为0.9980。结论本方法简单、可靠、准确,适用于小麦粉中过氧化钙含量的测定。...

Methods The sample was mixed with diluted sulfuric acid, neutralized by alkaline liquid, and the supernatant was achieved after centrifugal separation. Then, the supernatant was mixed with the solution of peroxidase, phosphate buffer containing 4-amino antipyrine and phenol, and the mixture was transferred to water bath to make colorimetric reaction. Finally, the absorbance was measured at 505 nm by colorimetry. Results The spiked recoveries were in the range of 96.6%-99.0%, the limit of detection and limit of quantification were 7.4 and 22.0 mg/kg, respectively, and the linear correlation was in the range of 0.4-10 μg/m L with r2 0.9980.
