代谢组学在妇科恶性肿瘤诊疗中的应用

代谢组学是20世纪90年代发展起来的,以对某一生物或细胞所有低分子质量代谢产物进行定性和定量分析的一门新兴学科,代谢组的变化直接反映特定时间、特定环境下生物体的生理状态及病理变化。卵巢癌、宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌作为妇科三大恶性肿瘤,具有死亡率高、复发率高、生存率低、病程长等特点,三大恶性肿瘤在疾病早期、疾病不同临床分期产生的代谢产物有所不同,采用代谢组学方法对其进行分析有利于深入了解恶性肿瘤发生、发展过程,有利于疾病的早期诊断,对治疗期间产生的代谢产物进行分析,有利于指导恶性肿瘤的个体化治疗等,同时将代谢组学应用于药物疗效评价,有助于发现新型抗肿瘤药物。...
