趋化因子受体CCR5的研究进展
CCR5为趋化因子CC受体家族成员,属7次跨膜G蛋白耦联受体,配体为CCL3(MIP-1α)、CCL4(MIP-1β)、CCL5(RANTES)。CCR5主要表达于单核/巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞,与其配体介导CCR5+免疫细胞的趋化、募集过程。因此,多种免疫性疾病的发生和发展过程均有CCR5参与。CCR5是人类免疫缺陷病毒1型(HIV-1)入侵时的重要辅助受体,而在肿瘤细胞和各类肿瘤相关间质细胞的表面也可见其表达,并介导肿瘤增殖、浸润等多种生物学过程。随着相关研究技术的发展,进一步加深了对CCR5的结构、功能、信号通路及其在相关疾病中的作用的认识。...
