阳虚体质者粪便的代谢组学研究
目的研究阳虚质和平和质（正常对照）人群粪便中内源性代谢物的差异。方法收集阳虚体质者及平和体质者各30人的粪便样品,采用基于核磁共振（NMR）的代谢组学方法研究中医阳虚体质及平和体质的粪便;采用多变量统计学方法 OSC-PLS分析阳虚体质者的特征代谢物。结果阳虚质组的粪便中丁酸盐、醋酸盐、蛋氨酸、琥珀酸盐、葡萄糖的浓度低于平和质组;丙酸盐、丙氨酸、乳酸的浓度高于平和质组。结论阳虚质者粪便与平和体质者比较存在能量代谢、氨基酸代谢及糖代谢的差异,这与阳虚质者脏腑功能和肠道菌群结构有关。...
