基于模糊算法的智能变电站继电保护可靠性评估

为了提高智能变电站继电保护可靠性评估的可信度,在传统继电保护可靠性研究基础上,针对智能变电站继电保护系统,建立了由继电保护设备、通信及人员3个子系统组成的多状态空间图.对每个子系统用不同的可靠性评估方法进行建模,并分析各个子系统对保护系统的影响,用经过模糊化处理后的马尔科夫状态空间模型,求解保护系统在不同配置结构及不同网络结构模式下的综合可用度.实际算例计算结果验证了所建模型及算法的有效性及合理性,为智能变电站保护系统可靠性评估提供可靠依据....

In order to ameliorate the credibility of relay protection reliability assessment towards smart substation,based on study of traditional substation reliability,a multi-state-space diagram is established for smart substation relay protection system,consisting of three subsystems which are relay protection equipment,communication subsystem and personnel subsystem.Each subsystem is modeled with different reliability evaluation methods and its effect on the protection system is analyzed.Markov state space method with fuzzy algorithm is applied to solve the general availability of protection system under different configuration structures and network structures.A practical example is calculated to validate the effectiveness and rationality of the models and algorithms built in this paper,which provides reliable basis for smart substation protection system reliability evaluation.
