高冷、热应力室内气候模拟实验台设计

为研究人体在高冷、热应力环境下的生理反应,建立了一套高冷、热应力室内气候模拟实验平台。该实验平台由气候室空气调节子系统、夹层空气调节子系统、辐射板子系统、监测监控子系统组成,实现对气候室内温度、湿度、环境热辐射等环境参数的调控,从而模拟生产、生活中的高温、高湿热环境和低温冷环境。根据实验需要,气候室干球温度可在-15-50℃调节,相对湿度在30%-95%调节,壁面温度可控制在10-40℃。结果表明:该系统的高温实验升温速度约0.54℃/min,低温实验的降温速度约0.22℃/min,气候室内风速0.1-0.5 m/s,温湿度控制精度满足设计要求。...

To investigate the physiological behaviors of human in high cold or heat stress environment,an indoor climate simulation experimental platform,which can simulate a high temperature and high humidity environment or a low temperature environment,was designed and constructed. The platform consists of four subsystems: climate chamber airconditioning subsystem,interlayer air-conditioning subsystem,radiant panel subsystem,and monitoring and control subsystem.
