构建开放实践教学体系 培养工程人才

Bibliography:With continuously enhancing cultivation target of students＇practical abilities and innovative consciousness, an opening practical teaching system was established to enhance the engineering practice ability, to cultivate innovative spirit and ability, to improve students＂ comprehensive quality. Based on the view of engineering talent training, the necessity, foothold, some important measures of our university and the construction of the opening practical teaching system were mainly discussed in this article. The measures included the close integration of learning and practice, the construction of teaching staff, the establishment of laboratories for innovation ability training. In practice, certain teaching effect was obtained, the goal of training high quality applied talents was achieved.
