新建地方高校实验室管理模式改革研究
实验室是大学生成长的重要场所,也是高校应用技术型人才培养的孵化基地。当前新建地方高校实验室管理模式弊端日益凸显,不仅阻碍了实践教学体系改革的深入,而且还严重影响了应用技术型人才的培养质量,亟待解决。实验室管理模式改革应从转变观念,创新管理模式着手;要进一步拓宽资金来源及渠道,完善仪器、设备有偿服务等管理制度;出台激励措施,加快实验师资队伍专业化建设的步伐;同时加大实验室改革开放力度,满足师生科研与实践需求,实现有限资源共享,为新建地方高校转型发展,培养新世纪应用技术型人才夯实基础。...
