RAS抑制剂的骨生物学作用研究进展
近来研究显示,骨组织、骨细胞存在肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)组分。功能性研究发现骨骼RAS参与了骨质疏松症的发生、发展,充分揭示了骨骼RAS在骨代谢中的重要作用。本文综述了血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、血管紧张素受体拮抗剂对骨代谢的改善作用与不利影响。本文有助于更好地理解组织RAS在调控骨健康中的生物学作用,为临床应用RAS抑制剂治疗高血压或糖尿病并发症患者的用药具有指导意义。...
