基于创新人才培养的热工实验教学模式研究

通过热工实验课程的不断改革,探索一种基于创新人才培养的实验教学模式。以注重学思结合、知行统一、因材施教为理论指导,遵循实践教学规律,在突出实验教学地位,将实验教学中的辅助、服务性角色提升为创新教育中的主体、主导性角色之一的指导思想下,通过梳理实验项目、建立多层次热工实验教学体系,引进国外的先进教学设备、引入MOOC教学理念,开发网络实验教学平台、虚拟仿真实验课件,实验结果评价软件等工作,建立强化预习环节、注重实验过程,突出学生主体,注重自主实验,现场考评的实践教学模式,实践证明该模式充分体现了以学生为中心的培养模式,大幅度增强了学生的主动性,提高了学生的动手能力和创新能力。...

This paper explores the experimental teaching mode based on the cultivation of innovative talents by taking the experimental teaching of thermal engineering as an example. It emphasizes the combination of learning and thinking, the unity of knowledge and practice as well as teaching students according to their aptitude, and takes them as the theoretical guidance. It follows the law of experimental teaching and also highlights its status; it takes the improvement of the supporting and service role in experimental teaching into one of the principal and leading roles in innovation education as the guiding idea. It establishes the multi-level experimental teaching system of thermal engineering by arranging experimental projects.
