The large instruments and equipment sharing management in American universities is introduced and summarized.The paper introduces the experience of American universities from management system,access control management,account management,sharing mode,maintenance and technical support and other aspects,Undoubtedly,these will be meaningful to improve input-output ratio of scientific research of large instruments and equipment in China.We establish a platform by combining the actual situation of management of scientific instruments and equipment with American experience.The establishment of the platform can improve the open management system,improve the scientific research output,and promote China＇s development of science and technology.
