军队院校教师能力发展绩效评估研究

对绩效评估的结构内涵进行探讨,从教师能力发展的角度出发,引入适应性绩效,形成三维度的教师绩效评估结构,并在此基础上围绕军队院校教学提出教师绩效评估指标体系。

We discuss the structure of performance evaluation, and design a three-dimensioned teach ers' performance evaluation structure, which introduces a concept of adaptive performance from the per spective of teachers' ability development. In the end of the paper, the performance evaluation index sys tern is proposed according to the characteristics of military academies.
