可动人工颈椎假体的研制及生物力学研究

目的研制一种既能重建颈椎体高度又能保留相应椎间隙运动功能的可动人工颈椎假体并研究其生物力学特性。方法 10具新鲜颈椎标本(C4~T1)先后作为完整组、融合组(C4~C6)和非融合组(假体植入在C5),在1.5Nm扭矩下进行初步生物力学活动度测试,记录C4-5、C5-6、C(6-7)、C4-7的运动范围,并进行单因素方差分析和多重比较。结果与融合组相比,非融合组标本能显著保留C4-5和C5-6的运动范围、降低C6-7的运动范围。与完整组相比,非融合组各椎间隙的运动范围无显著性差异。结论可动人工颈椎在植入颈椎标本后能重建相应颈椎节段的稳定性且能保留相应椎间隙的活动度。...

Bibliography:Objective To design a cervical artificial disc and vertebra system and to evaluate its biomechanical characteristics.Methods Ten fresh human cervical spine specimens(C4-T1)were included in this study.The specimens were tested as in the status of intact,fusion(C4-C6)and non-fusion in sequence under 1.5 Nm torque by an MTS.Ranges of motion of C4-5,C5-6,C6-7 and C4-7 were recorded and compared.Results Significantly increased range of motion of C4-5 and C5-6,as well as decreased range of motion of C6-7 of the specimens in nonfusion group were observed compared with those in the fusion group.There was no significant difference in the range of motion between the non-fusion and intact groups.Conclusion Cervical artificial disc and vertebra system can reconstruct the height of vertebra and preserve the range of motion of the operative levels after its implantation into the cervical spine specimen.
