空气冷却剂钻取柱塞泥岩的方法及防尘措施
P641.1; 用空气作为冷却剂钻取实验用柱塞泥岩,其方法是泥岩在不做任何处理的情况下,进行切割修整、钻取柱塞样品和修平柱塞上下端面时,将空压机排气管连接在钻头冷却管上,适当选取空气压力,保证钻取过程中钻头降温,并把钻取碎屑带走.防尘措施是将制样所用的切割机、钻床和岩石切片机,按其形状制作相应地有较好透明度的有机玻璃防尘罩,同时配有吸尘器,及时吸走钻取柱塞泥岩时产生的粉尘,有效防止了对操作人员造成的伤害....

Because mudstone is loose,it is difficult to use saline water,oil,liquid nitrogen etc. to drill experimental mudstone plunger.And it will produce much more dust in sample preparation process.
