Aiming at the need for opto-electronic talents for military information building,Military Opto-Electronic Technology and Application MOOC course was established for the grassroot officers and soldiers.The contents of the course,the teaching video,the demonstration and application are described in detail,the problems appeared during the teaching process and the operation of discussion area are analyzed.The measures to improve the course are brought forward.
