典型蝴蝶状胼胝体胶质瘤1例报告并文献复习
目的探讨蝴蝶状胼胝体胶质瘤的临床、影像学、病理学特征及治疗方法和预后。方法回顾性分析宁夏医科大学总医院神经外科收治的1例胼胝体胶质瘤患者的临床资料,结合患者的临床表现、影像学、病理学检查结果和手术预后,以及相关文献进行分析。结果本例患者诊断为胶质母细胞瘤,行开颅手术切除肿瘤,病理检查为胶质母细胞瘤（WHOⅣ级）;术后患者无明显神经功能障碍表现。结论手术切除是胼胝体胶质瘤的首选治疗方法,术后辅助放、化疗可以显著提高患者的生存期。...

Method The clinical characteristics of the patient combined with the radiologieal and pathological images were analyzed retrospectively.
