基于BIM的多专业协同建筑设计教学模式探索

近年来建筑信息模型(BIM)广泛应用于建筑工程各相关领域,使我国建筑产业的转型与技术升级又上了一个新台阶。为适应新形式下人才培养的需要,各土木建筑类高校均在积极探索教学模式及方法的改进,旨在弥补并完善传统课堂讲授式教学方法下人才培养的不足。基于BIM的集中式实验室教学,有机地融合多专业协同设计理念。通过建筑工程项目实例的递进式设计制作,提升学生们在专业技能、协调组织和设计全过程管理等方面的掌控能力;通过设计成果的技术指标比较,反映出学生们在设计理论知识和综合分析能力上的进步。为建筑设计教学模式及方法的革新积累宝贵的经验。...

In recent years, BIM has been widely used in various fields of construction engineering, it is adding fuel to the transformation of Chinag construction industry and technology upgrade. In order to adapt the needs of the personnel training in new market situation, most colleges of civil engineering and architecture are actively exploring the improvement of the teaching mode and method in courses. The purpose is to make up and improve the deficiency of the traditional classroom teaching method. We have tried to do centralized teaching based on BIM in the laboratory, and integrated the multi-professional collaborative design organically. Finally we enhanced the students" control ability of professional skills, coordination ability, ability of organization and the whole design process of management, through the progressive design of the construction project example.
