科技公共创新平台的运行机制探究
公共创新平台在建设过程中由于缺乏科学的理论基础和成功经验的指导,呈现出运行效率低下,缺乏统一的规范,甚至成为形式化的摆设。通过查阅科技文献并阅读相关书籍的方法,并通过实证研究,分析了目前我国科技公共创新平台运行的现状,提出建设过程中出现的问题,介绍了创新平台中各创新主体的地位和功能,以及研究各主体之间的相互关系。基于创新要素的视角归纳总结出平台的运行机制,认为要使创新平台良好有序地运行,必须遵循科学的运行机制的指导,才能发挥出其最大的作用,为科技公共创新平台的高效运行奠定了理论基础,探索其正确运行的方向。...
