数字减影血管造影引导下植入静脉输液港在恶性肿瘤患者化疗中的应用

目的探讨在数字减影血管造影（digital subtraction angiography,DSA）引导下植入静脉输液港（central venous access port devices,CVAPD）在恶性肿瘤患者静脉化疗中的应用及并发症情况。方法回顾性分析宜兴市人民医院介入肿瘤科2013年12月至2015年6月在DSA引导下植入静脉CVAPP的94例患者病例资料。植入过程中CVAPD的头端位置均定位于第6-8后肋之间,并记录发生的相关并发症及处理方法。患者从植入CVAPD开始随访,直至取港或死亡。结果所有病例在DSA引导下均顺利植入静脉CVAP,成功率100%。其中采用锁骨下静脉穿刺90...

Summary:目的探讨在数字减影血管造影（digital subtraction angiography,DSA）引导下植入静脉输液港（central venous access port devices,CVAPD）在恶性肿瘤患者静脉化疗中的应用及并发症情况。方法回顾性分析宜兴市人民医院介入肿瘤科2013年12月至2015年6月在DSA引导下植入静脉CVAPP的94例患者病例资料。植入过程中CVAPD的头端位置均定位于第6-8后肋之间,并记录发生的相关并发症及处理方法。患者从植入CVAPD开始随访,直至取港或死亡。结果所有病例在DSA引导下均顺利植入静脉CVAP,成功率100%。其中采用锁骨下静脉穿刺90例,颈内静脉穿刺4例,取出CVAPD24例,无并发死亡病例。结论在DSA引导下植入静脉CVAPD是一种可靠、安全、准确的方法,可用于恶性肿瘤需要静脉化疗的患者。

Objective To explore the application of implanted central venous access port devices（CVAPD）guided under digital subtraction angiography（DSA）for chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor and its complications. Methods Clinic data of 94 cases implanted CVAPD for chemotherapy under guidance of DSA in the department of interventional radiology and oncology,Yixing People′s Hospital between Dec.,2013 and Jun.,2015 were analyzed retrospectively.All catheter tips of devices were located between 6^th to 8^th posterior rib during implanting.The complications and clinical managment were recorded.After implanted CVAPD,patients were followed until port removal or death.
