| Bibliography: | floating offshore wind turbine(FOWT); model testing; scale laws; wind load As a fledgling discipline,the related research of floating offshore wind turbine( FOWT) is strongly dependent on the model testing in wave tank,furthermore,the accuracy and reliability of model test not only depends on whether the model itself can reflect the geometric and mechanical characteristics of actual structure,but also depends on whether the test environment can reproduce the natural marine environment. Therefore,the applicable scale laws study on FOWT and the wind load reproduce skills is particularly important.
