基于IntB4TJ的楼宇消防自动化教学演示模型

基于同济大学-施耐德电气联合实验室的IntB4TJ楼控箱,以Xenta 302为控制器,以Xenta 511为以太网通信器,辅以扩展外设,开发了一套FAS的教学演示系统。包括火警检测、语音广播、应急照明、消防卷帘控制等功能模块。系统硬件部分采用市售电子积木单元:火焰传感、语音录播、继电开关、LED灯带及恒流驱动、直流减速马达及H桥正反转驱动等;系统控制算法部分通过MENTA界面下的图形化编程实现,经局域网下载至PLC;楼层缩微模型选用KT板自行拼装搭建。该教学演示模型完成安装、调试及实验验证,全面生动地展现了FAS的各项基本功能和整个工作过程,兼具知识性、综合性、互动性、趣味性,应用于教学实践...

The fire automation system( FAS) plays a significant role in modern intelligent buildings. Based on the Int B4 TJ toolbox of the Joint Lab of Tongji University Schneider Electric,this paper develops the teaching model for demonstrating FAS operations. The Xenta 302 is utilized as the controller,the Xenta 511 is utilized for Ethernet communication,and peripheral hardware is extended with various electronic modules. The functions include fire detection,alarm broadcast,emergency lighting,and fire shutter control. The system hardware consists of fire sensor,audio recorder / player,relay switch,LED belt and the constant current driver,DC motor and the H-bridge driver; the system software is implemented through graphical programming in MENTA,and then downloaded to PLC via LAN.
