浅谈高等农业院校计算思维教育
通过生物学中人类基因计划、调控基因活性的DNA序列识别,以及物理学中新的中微子振荡模式发现等几个具体案例,分析并指出了计算思维能力是每个人的技能组合成分.结合现代数字农业发展趋势,讨论了高等农业院校计算思维教学的必要性.同时提出了针对农业院校特点,设计专业特色的教学案例,开展基于案例的计算思维教学思路,包含如何通过案例将计算思维的概念实例化,如何构建与农业各专业背景相关的案例,以及如何通过案例演示系统加深计算思维概念的理解....

Bibliography: | In this paper,several cases such as the human genome project,recognition of the DNA which can regulate gene activity in biology,and the discovery of new neutrino oscillation mode in physics wereintroduced.Through the above cases,we pointed out that the ability of computational thinking was one part in everyone's skill set.Also incorporating the development tendency of modern digital agriculture,the necessity of teaching computational thinking in agricultural universities was discussed.Then based on the characteristics of agricultural universities,the designing of discipline-oriented teaching cases was presented and case-based teaching methods of computational thinking were addressed.The method detail included how to instantiate the concepts of computational thinking through cases,how to construct the cases related to different disciplines,and how to deepen the understanding of the concepts of computational thinking through case demo systems.
