旋覆花的化学成分研究

Ten compourtds were isolated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC from the aerial parts of lnulajaponica Thunb.. On the basis of physicochemicd properties and spectroscopic data, their structures were identified as ayapin ( 1),7-hydroxycoumarin (2), daphnetin (3), scopoletin (4), wedelolactone (5) , citmsin C (6), medioresinol (7), syringic acid (8), vanillic acid ( 9 ), and isovanillic acid ( 10 ). Compounds 1-10 were isolated from 1. japonica for the first time.
