基于精益思想的高校实践教学体系
对高校实践教学现行体系进行分析和研究,引入了源于企业且行之有效的"精益思想"。对高等教育中的资源、产品、生产者、顾客以及教育价值进行了分析:认同高等教育产出是"教育服务"与"人才产品"的辩证统一观点,学生不仅仅是教育的产品,同时也是教育的消费者和使用者;社会、未来社会对人才的需求标准是构建高校的实践教学体系的价值指向。借用"精益思想",采用图形法对高校现有普遍的实践教学体系中的价值流进行了分析和梳理,给出了如何科学构建高校实践教学体系的建议。...
