油菜茎杆弹性模量的测定

为了减小油菜联合收割机收获损失,改进设计三点弯曲试验方法,利用霍尔杨氏模量测定仪测量试样弯曲时传感器信号输出值ΔU和读数显微镜测量到的标志线位置的变化值Δy,得到其静态特性曲线,完成对霍尔传感器的定标。再以不同含水率的"湘杂油743"成熟期茎秆为试验材料,通过测定茎秆弯曲时所加的砝码质量和霍尔弹氏模量测定仪标线位移,利用最小二乘原理进行线性拟合,得到斜率k值。结合推导出的茎秆弯曲力学模型中中点挠度与弹性模量的关系式,测定茎秆的弹性模量,并对实验结果进行了误差分析。试验结果表明:油菜茎秆的弹性模量随茎秆含水率的减小有所增大。规定含水率大于80%的茎杆为湿茎杆,含水率小于80%的茎杆为干茎杆,则成...

Taking "Xiang mixed oil 743"mature stalks as test materials,the paper designed test method which uses the Hall Young's modulus tester as tool,the elastic modulus E of rape stem of different moisture contents were measured,and both the experiment result and the error were analyzed. The results showed that the rape stem of the elastic modulus increases with the reduction of moisture content of stem.
