不同剂量多排螺旋CT尿路成像技术对尿路病变诊断效能的对比
目的:探讨不同剂量多排螺旋CT尿路成像技术(CTU)对尿路病变的诊断价值。方法:选择2015年1月至2016年12月在我院行CTU检查的尿路病变患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为3组:160mA管电流组(I组)、120mA管电流组(U组)和80mA管电流组(111组)。所有患者均采取对应的管电流CTU检查。对比分析3组患者尿路病变的诊断效能及3组患者CTU成像效果评分、碘对比剂用量及辐射有效剂量。结果:川组患者碘对比剂用量、辐射有效剂量较I组、H组低,且H组较I组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者CTU成像效果评分差异无统计学意义。结论:低剂量(80mA管电...
