Own-control information system is the basis of security administration for army information system. With the rapid development of the own-control program, more and more talents worked on administration, technology, engineering and maintenance will be urgently needed. This paper concentrates on how to carry out the teaching and learning of own-control information system, and discusses the importance of carrying out the cultivation of own-control information system talents. Simultaneously, some constructive thoughts are proposed in this paper.
