维生素A摄入量与燃煤型氟中毒的关系

目的探讨膳食维生素A(V_A)摄入量与燃煤型氟中毒的关系。方法在贵州省织金县招募200例氟中毒患者,按性别和年龄(±3岁)1∶1匹配在上述地区招募200例无氟中毒者。通过面对面访谈的形式对两者进行问卷调查,调查内容包括性别、年龄、文化程度、经济收入、尿氟水平、婚姻状况、吸烟、被动吸烟、饮茶、饮酒、是否使用改良炉灶、使用燃料类型、是否使用煤火烧烤食物及玉米辣椒食用前是否淘洗等。采用含75个条目的食物频数问卷调查两者既往1年详细的膳食摄入情况。比较两者尿氟水平。采用logistic回归分析膳食V_A摄入量与燃煤型氟中毒的关系。结果氟中毒者膳食V_A摄入量、人均收入、文化水平、使用柴草做燃料的比例、...

Summary:目的探讨膳食维生素A(V_A)摄入量与燃煤型氟中毒的关系。方法在贵州省织金县招募200例氟中毒患者,按性别和年龄(±3岁)1∶1匹配在上述地区招募200例无氟中毒者。通过面对面访谈的形式对两者进行问卷调查,调查内容包括性别、年龄、文化程度、经济收入、尿氟水平、婚姻状况、吸烟、被动吸烟、饮茶、饮酒、是否使用改良炉灶、使用燃料类型、是否使用煤火烧烤食物及玉米辣椒食用前是否淘洗等。采用含75个条目的食物频数问卷调查两者既往1年详细的膳食摄入情况。比较两者尿氟水平。采用logistic回归分析膳食V_A摄入量与燃煤型氟中毒的关系。结果氟中毒者膳食V_A摄入量、人均收入、文化水平、使用柴草做燃料的比例、玉米辣椒食用前淘洗的比例以及使用改良炉灶的比例低于无氟中毒者(P均〈0.05)。单因素logistic回归分析发现膳食V_A摄入量与燃煤型氟中毒呈负相关(P-trend〈0.001),校正社会人口因素后负相关仍然成立(P-trend=0.003),更进一步纳入燃煤相关的条件进行校正,上述关系虽有减弱但依然成立(P-trend=0.007)。结论在一定范围内,膳食V_A摄入量越大,燃煤型氟中毒患病危险性越低。

Objective To explore the relationship between dietary intake of vitamin A(V_A) and coal burning fluorosis. Methods This 1∶ 1 matched case-control study was conducted in Zhijin county of Guizhou province and 200 patients( the fluorosis group) and 200 control subjects( the non-fluorosis group) matched by gender and age( ± 3 years old) were recruited. Trained interviewers conducted face-to-face interviews based on a structured questionnaire. Information collected included general sociodemographic and coal burning related conditions.
