D101C大孔吸附树脂分离提纯原人参二醇组皂苷研究

文章主要研究人参根总皂苷浓度和吸附温度对D101C大孔吸附树脂选择性吸附原人参二醇组皂苷(PPD)和原人参三醇组皂苷(PPT)影响。HPLC定量分析结果表明,人参根总皂苷浓度和吸附温度对PPD和PPT皂苷吸附影响显著,其中温度对PPD皂苷显示出较高选择性。当浓度为15mg·mL-1。人参根总皂苷溶液用D101C大孔吸附树脂于55℃吸附12h,可吸附378.72mg·g-1 PPD皂苷和54.65mg·g-1 PPT皂苷,经35%和80%乙醇溶液依次解吸,可分离254.94mg·手。PPD皂苷,纯度94.62%。该方法操作简单,产品纯度较高,适用于工业化生产。...

The influence of selective adsorption of protopanaxadiol and protopanaxatriol type Saponins was studied by using D101C macroporous adsorption resin, which focused on the tempera- ture and concentration of ginseng root Saponins. The results of HPLC analysis showed that the adsorp- tion capacities of PPD and PPT Saponins were significantly affected by the concentration of ginseng root Saponins and absorption temperature, absorption temperature displayed a highly selectivity for PPD Saponins among them.
