一种单相级联 H 桥整流器电压快速平衡方法

无工频变压器牵引传动系统是实现高速动车组轻量化的有效方式与发展趋势,以解决其前端单相级联H桥整流器( CHBR)直流侧电容电压不平衡问题为研究目标,开展以实现负载严重不对称情况下直流侧电压快速平衡的控制方法研究。分析了已有典型直流侧电压平衡控制方法的缺点,提出了一种基于电压补偿分量注入的单极性载波移相脉宽调制( CPSPWM-VOI)算法,该算法易于扩展到多个H桥级联的情况。与已有典型直流侧电压平衡控制方法对比,该方法具有更快的直流侧电压平衡速度和更强的直流侧电压平衡能力。计算机仿真和半实物实验都验证了该算法的有效性及理论分析的正确性。...

Transformerless traction drive system is the trend and effective lightweight solution of high speed EMU.In order to realize the target of solving DC-link voltages unbalance of its front-end single-phase cascaded H-bridge rectifiers ( CHBR) , a fast DC-link voltages balancing scheme was proposed in serious imbalance load cases.Weakness of the existing classical DC-link voltages balance control method was analyzed.A carrier phase-shift PWM with voltage offset injection ( CPSPWM-VOI ) algorithm was proposed to compensate the weakness, and the algorithm is easy to extend to multiple CHBR.Compared with the existing classical DC-link voltages balancing control scheme, the proposed CPSPWM-VOI has a faster speed and stronger ability of DC-link voltages balancing.Effectiveness and correctness of the CPSP-WM-VOI algorithm were verified by the computer simulation and hardware-in-the-loop experiments.
