分别对07881x08HN30(含Cf-10)和07880x08HN34(含Cf-16)构建的F1、F2代分离群体进行了遗传分析,并对F2群体进行了SSR标记。

Tomato Cf-10 and Cf-16 gene were resistant to eight prevalent physiological races of C. fulvum present in three northeastern provinces of China by virulence tests. FI and F2 populations were developed from 07881× 08HN30 and 07880 × 08HN34. The inheritance analysis indicated that leaf mould resistance gene Cf-10 and Cf-16 were single dominant genes, respectively. Total 341 pair of SSR primers were used to identify molecular markers linked to Cf-10 and Cf-16 gene, two polymorphic markers LEtaa001and LEaat003 were identified to be linked to Cf-10 in 08HN30 with the genetic distances of 9.7 and 22.9 cM, respectively, while a SSR marker Tom144-145 located on chromosome 11 were linked to Cf-16 resistant gene with the genetic distanc
