某综合医院2016年医院内感染现患率调查研究
目的了解某三级甲等医院医院内感染现状,为有效预防和控制医院内感染提供依据。方法采用查看住院病例与床旁调查相结合的方法,于2016年11月16日0:00—24:00对所有住院患者进行现患率调查。结果该调查研究实际调查3032例住院患者,医院内感染56例,医院内感染现患率为1.85%;医院内感染58例次,医院内感染例次率为1.91%。医院内感染现患率最高的科室为重症监护病房(ICU)[27.27%(6/22)],其次为脑外科[12.24%(6/49)]。医院内感染部位以下呼吸道为主[60.34%(35/58)],其次为上呼吸道[8.62%(5/58)]、泌尿系统[6.90%(4/58)]。该次调查...

Summary: | 目的了解某三级甲等医院医院内感染现状,为有效预防和控制医院内感染提供依据。方法采用查看住院病例与床旁调查相结合的方法,于2016年11月16日0:00—24:00对所有住院患者进行现患率调查。结果该调查研究实际调查3032例住院患者,医院内感染56例,医院内感染现患率为1.85%;医院内感染58例次,医院内感染例次率为1.91%。医院内感染现患率最高的科室为重症监护病房(ICU)[27.27%(6/22)],其次为脑外科[12.24%(6/49)]。医院内感染部位以下呼吸道为主[60.34%(35/58)],其次为上呼吸道[8.62%(5/58)]、泌尿系统[6.90%(4/58)]。该次调查共分离出16株病原体,病原菌主要为革兰阴性菌。调查日抗菌药物使用率为30.67%。结论医院内感染现患率调查可以在短期内全面了解医院内感染现状,医院应不断加强对危险因素的干预,密切监控医院内感染的高发科室及部位,加强抗菌药物的合理应用,有效控制医院内感染的发生。 |

Bibliography: | Objective To understand the current situation of nosocomial infections in a class3A hospital to provide a basis for effective prevention and control of nosocomial infections.Methods The combination method by checking the medical records and bedside survey was adopted to conduct the prevalence rate investigation on all hospitalized patients at0:00-24:00on November16,2016.Results A total of3032inpatients were actually investigated,including56cases of nosocomial nfection with the prevalence rate of1.85%;there were58case-times of nosocomial infection and the case-times rate of nosocomial infection was1.91%.ICU had the highest prevalence rate of nosocomial infection[9.09%(6/22)],followed by the cerebral surgery department[12.24%(6/49)].The infection site was mainly in the lower respiratory tract[27.27%(35/58)],followed by upper respiratory tract[8.62%(5/58)]and urinary tract[6.90%(4/58)].In this investigation,16strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated,the pathogens were mainly Gram-negative bacteria.The use ra |
