Bibliography:The improvement of salt tolerance in rice is one of the most important objects for rice breeding. In this study, a total of 263 rice salt tolerance-related QTLs from 15 mapping population were collected and integrated into the reference map Comell2001 by Biomercator 2.1 based on common markers. Real QTLs were calculated by Meta-analysis method. The consensus map of rice QTLs related to salt tolerance was constructed and 14 real QTLs were found. These real QTLs and flank markers would contribute to fine mapping of salt-tolerant gene, positional cloning and marker assisted molecular breeding.
