板栗不同类型枝条花期和幼果期光合特性研究
摘要:以板栗‘燕山早丰’(Cmollissima’Yanshanzaofeng’)为试验材料,对其花期和幼果期不同类型枝条叶片叶绿素含量、光合参数、叶绿素荧光特性等指标的变化规律进行研究。结果表明,板栗不同类型枝条叶片叶绿素含量均存在差异,结果枝叶片叶绿素总量比非结果枝高1.08%;幼果期叶片叶绿素总量高于花期,但花期叶绿素a/b却高于幼果期;不同类型枝条在花期净光舍速率(鼽)的顺序为结果枝〉营养枝〉雄花枝,气孔导度(岱)与蒸腾速率(n)的顺序为结果枝〉雄花枝〉营养枝,胞间c02浓度(a)的顺序为雄花枝〉营养枝〉结果枝,而在幼果期光合参数指标均为结果枝最高,分别为砌(5.62tzmol·m-2...
