不同接种量对稻秆厌氧发酵特性的影响
以稻秆为原料,厌氧发酵后剩余的沼液为接种物,在中温35℃的条件下,采用批式发酵试验,研究接种量分别为40、80、120 g 3个处理对其产气特性的影响。结果表明,适量的接种物可以提高消化系统的缓冲能力,有利于产气高峰提前,同时对稻秆的降解有促进作用。其中接种量为80 g的总产气量最高,为3 452 mL;TS产气量达到256.27 mL·g^-1;分别比接种量为40和120 g的试验组高93.71%和15.14%。...
