皮层扩散性抑制对蛛网膜下腔出血后皮层脑血流及细胞凋亡的影响

目的明确大鼠蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoidhemorrhage,SAH)后皮层扩散性抑制(corticalspreadingdepression,CSD)对皮层脑血流及细胞凋亡的影响。方法采用枕大池2次注血法建立大鼠SAH模型,利用皮层给以KCl的方法诱导CSD的发生,激光多普勒血流仪行皮层脑血流测定,TUNEL染色检测细胞凋亡。结果SAH组大鼠脑皮层血流较空白组和盐水组明显下降,其中5d组最低;皮层细胞凋亡水平明显升高,5d组最明显;CSD发生后SAH组脑血流下降更明显,凋亡更严重,空白组和盐水组变化不明显。结论SAH后CSD的发生使脑血流进一步下降,皮层细朐的凋亡更加严重,CSD...

Objective To clarify the effect of cortical spreading depression (CSD) on cortical cerebral blood flow and apoptosis following subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) in rats.
