Anxiety is one of the common non motor symptoms in patients with parkinson’s disease,which seriously affects their quality of life,and it brings a great burden to the family and society.However,PD patients with anxiety did not get enough attention in clinical work,let alone correct diagnosis and treatment.In this article,the occurrence mechanism,clinical features,risk factors,diagnosis and treatment are reviewed,and the reference for the diagnosis and treatment are provided in anxiety patients with parkinson’s disease.
