白背飞虱海藻糖酶Treh-2基因克隆及生物信息学分析
利用同源克隆RACE方法,从白背飞虱Sogatella.mrcifera中克隆获得海藻糖酶基因(Treh-2)全长cDNA序列(GenBank登录号:JX204291),该基因全长为2065bp,包含73bp3,UTR和150bp5,UTR,开放阅读框(ORF)为1842bp,编码613个氨基酸。该基因预测蛋白分子质量为70.45ku,等电点为5.65,有5个预测糖基化位点,有1个信号肽结构。进化分析结果显示,白背飞虱海藻糖酶Treh-2与其他昆虫海藻糖酶Treh-2同源性较高,与灰飞虱相比,同源性为95%,与褐飞虱相比较,同源性为93%。海藻糖酶Treh-2基因克隆和比较分析为进-步深入研究...

The full-length cDNA of S. furcifera Treh-2 (Sffreh-2) is 2 065 bp (GenBank number. JX204291) and has an open reading frame of 1 842 bp, a 3, UTR (untranslated region) of 73 bp and a 5, UTR of 150 bp. The ORF of StTreh-2 encodes a polypeptide of 613 amino acids with a calculated molecular weight of 70.45 ku, and pl of 5.65. There are five predicted N-glycosylation sites and one signature peptide.
