电感参数对IPMSM转子位置估算的影响

在低速和零速情况下,内置式永磁同步电机( IPMSM )的无位置传感器控制通常基于高频电压注入法,利用电机d、q轴电感的不同来实现。定子电流的变化会造成d、q轴电感的变化,进而影响电机转子位置的估算精度。研究了一种基于PWM高频载波信号的转子位置估算方法,以10极/12槽IPMSM样机为例,分析了磁饱和及交叉耦合对电机电感参数及转子位置估算的影响,建立了考虑磁饱和及交叉耦合情况下的内置式永磁同步电机模型,并构建了系统的仿真模型和实验平台。仿真和实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。...

At low or zero speed, sensorless control of interior permanent magnet synchronous machines ( IPMSM) can be achieved using the difference between d-and q-axis inductances based on high frequency voltage injection. The d-and q-axis inductances are changed caused by the stator currents variation, and then the accuracy of the rotor position estimation is affected by the changing inductances. A rotor position estimation method based on PWM carrier frequency component was presented.
